Job Position

The Lead Project Manager at Integrative Inquiry is a multi-faceted job that supports the completion of client contracts. While the primary job is making sure projects follow the necessary processes to hit deadlines and milestones, it also includes internal stability tasks like marketing, outreach, and data management, as well as client interactions like facilitating focus groups and producing virtual training calls.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Utilize technology, software, and established processes to track project deadlines, budgets, and the wellbeing of the stakeholders.
  • Ensure that budgets and expenses align between workplans, proposals, and database.
  • Communicate and manage relationships with internal team and clients to schedule, organize, and track work.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools
  • Maintain company visibility through various web-based applications to promote the company, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Recurpost, and YouTube
  • Creation and upkeep of marketing materials, including newsletters, press releases, case studies, videos, brochures, and others.
  • Find and record marketing statistics, including the website, Facebook, LinkedIn, Medium, and Mailchimp.
  • Assess data verifying and reporting numbers related to client inquiry, conversion, and contract payouts.
  • Conduct focus groups, interviews, and forums, establishing a safe space for responses and sharing, and anonymizing statements and responses.
  • Serve as producer for virtual trainings and sessions, setting up and maintaining the various facets of the Zoom experience, including recording, solving tech issues, engaging in and saving chats, creating and administering polls, and keeping the team and attendees to schedule, etc.

  • Must be able to work under stress of meeting deadlines and changing priorities
  • Ability to organize and maintain detailed records and notes, especially as part of client interaction.
  • Ability to assess, evaluate, revise, plan and implement work within the context of position responsibilities.
  • Comfort with learning new software and working on a computer.

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Prior experience with project management.
  • Prior experience serving customers.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Dropbox, Google GSuite, Adobe
  • Experience with task management and database software (Asana, Zoho)

Pay: $22.00/hour

Extra Benefits: IRA Match Plan

Time Commitment: 30-40 h/week

Position context: The Lead Project Manager is a remote position, though some travel could be involved depending on the candidate.

Role is directly supervised by the founder and owner of the company. Supervision is given in the form of regular meetings and email exchanges, as well as formal annual reviews.

This work is in constant flux, and candidate should be comfortable working independently and taking initiative. Our team is small but rapidly growing and this position is likely to evolve and expand. Candidates who are adaptable, innovative, and are encouraged to apply.
