We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Analyst to join our Alternative Investment Services team. This role is located in Fort Worth, TX – HYBRID.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Administer multiple complex, client managed CLO transactions, including the analysis and compliance monitoring of the transactions’ portfolio, as well as the onboarding of new transactions.
Respond to the needs of the clients and working with their management team, trustees/collateral administrators, auditors and other third-party providers related to the transactions.
Research and reconcile cash balances, asset positions and data attributes with the trustee/collateral administrators to ensure both parties are reflecting correct data.
Calculate quarterly distributions to investors and payments to providers per the priority of payments as prescribed in deal documents.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience; Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferable.
5 to 7 years of experience required. Preferably in Financial Services field.
Be an enthusiastic, attentive to detail and flexible individual who drives to be successful while working in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work under time pressure.
