As a IT Support Specialist at TrueMotion, you help keep the entire company working smoothly and efficiently. The work that you will solve challenging real-world problems and assist in the setup and maintenance of innovative solutions Using knowledge Provided by feedback, first hand experience, and surveys, the IT Support Specialist works with team members and other departments to develop and implement new IT solutions.

As a part of the IT team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing application access
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues for in-office and remote employees 
  • Managing security and conferencing systems
  • Making sure all conference room and digital signage is up to date and in working order.
  • Onboarding/offboarding employees
  • Documenting and updating processes as the company grows
  • Providing regular status updates to members of the organization, including executives
  • Contributing to all current and future IT projects
    • Changes to how people access both their hardware and software
    • Role based access

You are:

  • Self-driven and motivated to learn, participate and help others
  • Passionate about supporting our organization
  • Able to automate or script simple tasks 

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 1 or 2 years experience in IT support
