Job Description

We are looking for a talented IT Quality Automation Lead to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Corporate office in Columbus, Indiana

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Develops functional and technical test methodologies, plans, scenarios and cases for testing of applications and systems at various stages of development and implementation.
• Coordinates and executes testing to ensure quality solutions and efficient system performance; reports testing results and tracks resolution of issues identified during testing. Creates and executes various testing documentation (including plans, conditions, and scripts) based on business and technical requirements.
• Provides feedback of testing results, ensuring defects are logged, tracked, resolved, re-tested, closed, and reviewed by the appropriate stakeholders prior to the scheduled release.
• Analyzes information systems and identifies and documents any quality related issues. Applies various testing methodologies within various development methodologies (waterfall, agile & iterative) to Ensure applications and/or solutions adhere to high quality standards.
• Works with BA’s to develop customer relationships as a liaison between customer and solutions delivery teams ensuring applications meet business needs.
• Works closely to understand and align with Change & Release management policies in support of their testing needs prior to deployment to Production.
• Carries out routine and semi-routine tasks of large projects as well as complex tasks of small projects. May coach and mentor less experienced quality analysts

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• College, university, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business or equivalent related experience. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
• Proven skills in test automation leadership as well as continuous improvement and SME understanding of automation frameworks within the software testing discipline.
• Need to understand various testing methodologies (Waterfall & especially AGILE) & all their Quality activities &frameworks.
• Ability to work multiple project/product engagements concurrently while building strong customer relationships.
• Ability to demonstrate proficiency with a highly collaborative approach, exhibiting excellent analytical, problem solving, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
