JOB FAMILY DESCRIPTION

Responsible for partnering with internal and external clients for new and post-implementation support for Black Knight’s Servicing Digital product. Provides technical direction to new and existing clients while guiding clients through the implementation phases.

This position is 100% work from home.

GENE RAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Works directly with a client to identify and resolve operational issues, to solve problems or make decisions requiring technical expertise or specialized knowledge.
  • Provides technical support for Servicing Digital deployments with a focus on SSO and API integration
  • Serves as a primary client contact resource for SSO technical approach delivery, client and BKI configuration management, UAT and production testing, production go live, etc.
  • Serves as a primary client contact resource for API specification delivery, coordination with client dev staff for integration approach, co dev activities, UAT and production testing, production go live, etc.
  • Provides on demand technology support for Servicing Digital deployment infrastructure – requirements, FQDN proxy, network deployment, etc..
  • Collaborates with the development team to prepare estimates of resources needed to complete activities and projects.
  • Manages multiple projects or project sub-plans by developing, coordinating and controlling the steps necessary to carry out a project within established time frame, quality and requirements.
  • Elicits and clearly defines client needs by assessing and documenting business opportunities, benefits, risks, and success factors of potential business solutions.
  • Prepares and updates written material and explanations to accompany systems, programs, and program changes.
  • Provides complex and/or specialized business function/end-user support to various short- and/or long-term clients.
  • Coordinates and executes testing for multiple, major applications. Develops and coordinates training for client personnel.
  • Evaluates and documents the performance of tested software and the quality testing process, in conjunction with the development team, to provide feedback to project team and management for current and future reference.
  • Independently resolves errors and issues as they occur with minimum involvement and guidance from management.
  • Performs other related duties as required.

EDUCATIONAL GUIDELINES

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.

ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Familiarity with SSO Service Provider (SP) and Identity Provider concepts, platforms, meta data, etc.
  • Background in SAML 2.0 and Oauth token exchange
  • Familiarity with encryption and signing certificated and associated algorithms
  • Familiarity with API concepts, platforms and architectures (API GW, proxies, KVM, YAML swagger, etc.)
  • Background in basic and Oauth authorization

GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

  • Knowledge of mortgage and home equity servicing industry is a plus
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects at a time
  • Experience with SSO (single sign-on) and API is required
  • Advanced knowledge of methods, tools, and technology used to carry out tasks necessary to prepare business assessment deliverables
  • Advanced knowledge of the principles, processes, phases and roles of multiple applications development methodologies
  • Proficiency in quality management methods, tools, and technology used to create and support defect-free, application software that meets the needs of the client/business partner
  • Ability to understand and focus on the clients’ needs while establishing credibility and building relationships with clients
  • Ability to perform analysis, solid decision-making and problem solving skills
  • Ability to establish and manage priorities effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to non-technical and technical audience members

IT Business Consultant III

Advanced level role. Possesses a broad understanding of developing and resolving operational solutions and uses this knowledge to bring solutions to internal and external clients. Supports several moderately to highly complex projects. Works with business partners across multiple business functions to identify and resolve operational issues, to solve problems or make decisions requiring technical expertise or specialized knowledge. Displays significant knowledge of the business area to resolve problems on an ongoing business. Generally works on multiple projects at a time as a project team member, and occasionally as a project team leader. Typically requires six (6) or more years of experience in a relevant business analysis/consulting role and demonstrated experience as the project team leader for a large project.

Although target pay range may vary by work location, a representative pay range for Colorado r esidents is: $78,000 – $110,000. Eligible to participate in medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance and disability insurance, 401(k) plan and employee stock purchase plan. Eligible to participate in the discretionary annual performance bonus.
