Full-Time Inventory Analyst

The Inventory Analyst will inspire delight in our customers, team, and community to help us build the best customer experience in gifting and the backbone of this, which is our operational proficiency. In this role, you will be responsible for initiatives relating to Hub inventory management.


  • Manage the entire digital process including
  • Receive daily purchase orders, create transfer orders, and review and revise cycle counting procedures to optimize inventory visibility
  • Make inventory adjustments based on daily, weekly and monthly cycle counts
  • Monitor inventory and research inventory inaccuracies
  • Compare shipped vs received transfers and assist with production and receipts
  • Manage and close out work order builds in Netsuite
  • Collaborate with the Dried Bouquet, QC, Fulfillment and Warehouse Leads to ensure accurate inbound receiving processes, inventory control and timely inventory adjustments are made
  • Manage the entire process of completing transfers,work orders and unbuilds
  • Partner closely with Supply Chain Management Floral and Non-Floral teams to ensure adjustments are made to inbound PO’s to drive accurate inventory transfers
  • Work with Supply Chain Management Hard Goods team to ensure accuracy of purchase orders and receiving quantities, assist with inventory redeployment efforts across the entire UrbanStems network
  • Work with the Warehouse and Fulfillment Leads to identify common sources of inventory shrink and determine corrective actions


  • Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Intermediate Netsuite skills
  • Ability to present findings and communicate ideas and strategic recommendations to Senior Leadership with minimal support from a supervisor
  • Basic Spanish is a plus but not required
