Instructional Design Consultant

Ball State University welcomes applications for an Instructional Design Consultant for the Chief Strategy Office.

 

This person will support faculty and subject matter experts in the development of credit and non-credit online offerings, including micro-credentials, badges, workshops, bootcamps, and other short-term learning modules.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in instructional design/technology, educational technology or relevant field.  Three to five years of relevant experience working with instructional design and technology including familiarity with learning management systems and content development applications in higher education.

 

Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

 

Preferred Qualifications: Masters degree in instructional design/technology or educational technology or relevant field.  Experience designing online courses; experience conducting or producing research in the area of instructional design, course support, teaching and learning, or teaching with technology.
