Work Remotely at Home or In Our Office

For Connecticut residents, you may begin working from home as we transition back to our beautiful Cromwell, CT office building, Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 4:30, or you may safely work in our offices full-time if you wish.

For out of state residents, you may work from home remotely from your well-equipped home office.

Job Description

Our Business Relations Representatives are responsible for creating interest for BBB Accreditation among Connecticut-based businesses.

Candidates with prior experience in inside sales, including lead generation and cold calling in a 1-call-close, B2B sales environment, are preferred.

BBB is much more than just a sales job. This is an opportunity to consult with business owners and help them build their online presence to stay competitive in the marketplace while demonstrating a reputation of trust, credibility and high-quality service. Success in this role requires a results-driven mentality with significant time on the telephone. If you can generate 100-120 outbound calls to business owners every day and close 3-5 deals each week, you will make a great living here. In fact, our top rep consistently earns well over $100,000 and our two newest reps are both on track to earn over $60,000.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience with prospecting, lead generation and cold calling
  • Experience making over 100 outbound calls each day
  • Proven success in a short sales cycle, one-call-close environment
  • Prior success with commissioned sales
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and to be held accountable for sales results
  • Resilience and an ability to overcome objections in a professional manner
