What will you do?

As an Inside Sales Partner you will focus on customer acquisition and ensure the sales process. You will demonstrate excellent customer services and provide prospective customers with information on all services offered, create solutions for their needs and additional presentations as needed.

  • Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads;
  • Understand customers’ needs, offer solutions and support and identify sales opportunities;
  • Research accounts and potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources, and identify key players and generate interest;
  • Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities;
  • Work with the sales teams in support of team and sales goals;
  • Answer potential customers’ questions and provide additional information;
  • Explain and demonstrate features of our products and services;
  • Keep up to date with product and service information, and stay informed about competing products and services;
  • Create and maintain a database of current and potential customers;
  • Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly key performance and sales metrics;
  • Help close sales, achieve sales targets and upsell products and services;
  • Use your excellent oral and written communication skills and best practices in customer service when interacting with customers and colleagues.

Our Inside Sales Partner would have:

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Marketing or related fields;
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales (Pre-Sales, Sales, Inside Sales, etc)
  • Excellent prospecting and customer service skills;
  • Marketing and sales knowledge to develop leads and explain our products;
  • Previous experience in the Technology or Artificial Intelligence (AI) fields (Speech, NLP, Computer Vision, Machine Translation, etc);
  • Knowledge of sales processes and in-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry;
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software;
  • Motivation for sales and to be persuasive, energetic, outgoing and goal-oriented;
  • Good organizational skills and ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
  • Excellent listening, presentation and communication skills, the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers;
  • To be fluent in English, both written and spoken.
