Full-Time Inside Sales Development Representative – Entry Level

The Sales Development Representative is an inside sales position in our Solutions Center call center reporting directly to our Sales Development management team. You get in-house paid training, the tools and the benefits you need to succeed. You are outbound calling on provided potential customer leads offering Clearent’s processing services and supporting our Account Executive team. With on-going training and performance, you can grow into an Account Executive in as little as 6-12 months.

Responsibilities:
• Know the market, the product extremely well and operate from a strong basis of knowledge and confidence
• Building strong win-win relationships with potential customers with a focus on driving sales
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, building & expanding the presence of the Clearent brand

Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, the internet and basic math skills
• Excellent verbal & communication, presentation and time management skills
• Persistent, organized and highly motivated
• Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while maintaining multiple priorities a must
• Experience working with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus
