We are looking for a talented Information and Integration Architect to join our team supporting our Enterprise Wide Access Group in Columbus, IN / your remote home office.

 

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

 

Description

* Responsible for strategic initiatives in the Data and Integration space for Engineering (With a key focus on CSAR “Cummins AutoSAR” group)

* The Engineering Information and Integration Architect will assess, define, and champion IT interface architecture strategies, principles, policies and standards in alignment with the Cummins IT strategy. They will coordinate with project teams to assess, design, document, develop, and/or validate the application and infrastructure interfaces for Engineering IT systems

* Responsible for roadmaps for Data and Integration technologies (current and future)

* Conduct Data and Integration Assessments for all assigned projects (primary for Engineering Function)

* Provide detailed architectural solution design to delivery team

* Conduct data and integration architecture design reviews

* Lead POCs and foundational projects end-to-end

 

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

 

Education, Licenses, Certifications

 

College, university, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business or a related subject required.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

 

Experience

* Intermediate level of relevant work experience required. 3-5 years of experience.

* Experience in linking of cross-functional applications between disparate business units and systems

* Experience with business and technical requirement analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data mapping

* Strong understanding of enterprise application integration patterns

* Ability to manage assigned tasks and properly set milestones, timelines, etc.

* Attention to detail and organization in all aspects of work

* Strong communication (written/verbal) skills

* Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively within a small team environment

* Expertise in the assessment, architectural design, and implementation of integration patterns including Middleware, Bulk Data Integration, Real-Time Data Integrations, FileBased Integrations, Cloud Integrations, Process Integrations, and Event Processing

* Expertise in architecting solutions on middleware platforms such as Oracle Fusion Middleware

Compensation and Benefits

 

Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
