Job Description

We’re actively recruiting an Implementation Specialist responsible for managing multiple projects at various stages of implementation on Aledade’s services. The Implementation Specialist will provide a high quality experience to our partner practices concentrating on change management, consulting on the use of analytic tools and practice workflows. The ideal candidate has an empathetic coaching style, strong presentation experience to stakeholders at various levels, and excellent independent project management skills. This role is a work from home/remote opportunity with travel into our partner practices.

The Implementation Specialist is expected to be an expert in project management/execution with exceptional communication skills, including an ability to influence across all levels of tenure.

Responsibilities

Independently manage multiple projects at various stages, launching customers on Aledade’s analytical tools and training practice staff on patient-centric, quality of care based workflows.
Communicate project progress effectively to internal and external stakeholders
Present to audiences ranging from practice leadership/executives to front line staff, influencing adoption of Aledade’s best practices and materials that orient to Aledade’s service.
Training proficiency in delivering detailed but concise training content on complex material to multiple client stakeholders.
Consult independent medical practices while providing detailed assessment and recommendations for full adoption of outcomes centric, value based care models.
Support/Coach partner practices through change management.
Align with multidisciplinary internal teams to ensure progress towards the shared goal of supporting practices from kick-off to go-Live.
Execute implementations at Aledade’s high service level standards.

Qualifications:

Healthcare experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required. Masters degree and/or project management certification a plus.
2-3 years of relevant work experience in lieu of educational requirements may be accepted, particularly with implementation or project management experience.
Vision for the end goal, with initiative and adaptability to problem solve the best path to get there.
Excellent organizational skills.
Effective communication skills.
Experience building high performing teams and leading teams through change.
Ability to manage multiple projects and activities on a routine basis, with minimal supervision.
Excellent computer skills and experience working with a wide range of software applications including Excel, Salesforce, Visio, Tableau, and Google platform.
