We are looking for a talented Identity and Access Management (IAM) Development & Solutions Leader to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Corporate Business Unit/ CBS Segment in Nashville, TN with a hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Directs work – Providing direction, delegating, and removing obstacles to get work done.
• Plans and aligns – Planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
• Project Resource Management – Develops resource (expense and headcount) plans using recommended project management tools and processes to manage resources effectively.
• Release Planning – Plans and manages the release of capabilities, features or products using inputs from the prioritized roadmap, planning, available resources and skills to communicate expected availability and releases of capability.
• Drives results – Consistently achieving results, even under tough circumstances.
• Develops talent – Developing people to meet both their career goals and the organization’s goals.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
•7-10 years of a significant level of relevant IT or Cybersecurity work experience, including supervisory experience, required.
• Product owner responsibilities such technology roadmaps, implementation, systems development life cycle.
• Responsible as IT accountable and/or IT owner for assigned solutions
• Technical and solutions leadership for future state direction in the areas related to Identity and Access Management
• College, university, or equivalent degree in Information Technology, Business or a related subject required.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
