Job title: Human Resources – Recruiter II

Location: Jacksonville, FL (Remote Okay – EST)

Duration: 6 months

 

Job Description:

The Executive Recruiting Specialist will ensure that candidates and hiring managers experience an outstanding level of service throughout the recruiting process. Focused on senior level Talent Acquisition, the position will oversee all related interview coordination and administration. The position will source candidates for executive positions, and lead on projects related to wider talent acquisition efforts.

 

Essential functions:

  • Partners with executive recruiter and hiring managers to prepare, schedule and communicate candidate interviews. Builds and maintains relationships with hiring managers and executive assistants to facilitate complex calendar/schedule negotiation.
  • Personally, meets and greets executive-level candidates during on-site interviews and escorts to/from interviews. Facilitates video conference interviews as required. Initiates drug and background process and serve as a liaison between candidate and third-party vendor for technical issues.
  • Comply with Federal Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA) plans to include State and Federal employment laws. Manage risk to the company by ensuring all internal and external compliance requirements are adhered to.

Sourcing:

  • As assigned by the executive recruiter, conducts search activities to include sourcing passive candidates via internet searches, and sourcing active candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, and internal databases. Attend networking activities such as career fairs, professional association meetings, etc.

Projects:

  • Leads and manages various Talent Acquisition and department initiatives focused on client and candidate satisfaction, technology and continuous improvement, diversity initiatives, social media and marketing.

Relocation:

  • Leads and manages relocation process on behalf of the Talent Acquisition team (including non-executive talent acquisition), to include relationship management with the third-party relocation vendor. Initiates new relocation requests, responds to queries, and leads in troubleshooting of relocation issues as needed.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Extensive Microsoft Office experience required
  • Able to assess work load and re-prioritize as needed, handling multiple task under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills
  • Ability to interact directly with all levels of company leadership, executive assistants and external senior-level candidates with ease and confidence.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Able to assess work load and re-prioritize as needed, handling multiple task under tight deadlines.
  • Maintains an advanced degree of confidentiality and sense of urgency at all times.
  • Ability to work under pressure as well as the ability to deal with interruptions and other unexpected events and make necessary adjustments.
  • Recruiting coordinator and/ or experience within a search firm or HR
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking systems

 

Experience:

3-5 years of High Volume or corporate recruiting experience

 

Education:

Related Bachelor’s degree or additional related equivalent work experience

 

Qualifications/Certificates:

Corporate Recruiting Experience

Working on government contracted positions/federal contract work

Non-exempt and exempt positions

Healthcare/Medical-Clinical experience highly preferred
