Position Summary:

The HR Recruiter is the primary source for finding, screening, and hiring
new employees. Utilizing comprehensive and innovative search and sourcing tools, the Recruiter
finds and processes new hires for all levels and departments. Supports the HR Department by participating in HR initiatives, projects, administration and employee relations.


• Responsible for the full lifecycle of recruiting from identifying requisition needs to
• Utilizes technology, platforms, social media, and job boards to post and maintain openings,
and source active and passive candidates.
• Schedules, conducts, and records HR interviews and coordinates interviews with hiring
• Hires a quota of DSP’s each month to satisfy requirements; and recruits for all other
required open positions at all levels
• Works with Management to assess current and forecast future recruiting needs
• Monitors and maintains recruiting metrics and reporting including MITC, interview status,
and monthly recruiting stats.
• Responsible for onboarding new hires and arranging all necessary processes and
procedures, continuing to monitor through successful completion and onboarding including
initial employee files and compliant records..
• Maintains and administers human resource policies and procedures. Stays abreast of all
HR and hiring compliance and legislative requirements.
• Plans and executes hiring events and conducts innovative and far reaching sourcing and
recruiting activities.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

This is a high-stress position based on administrative responsibility for HR operations. Handles
detailed, but simple concepts and problems, balances multiple tasks simultaneously, and follows
instructions regarding administrative issues.

• The ability to effectively communicate (orally and written) and interact with others,
including diverse, inter-disciplinary, cross-functional teams
• The ability to read, concentrate and learn
• Physical requirements include: sitting, standing, lifting up to 20lbs, and computer work
for long periods of time
• Support and maintain all corporate policies, procedures, and quality and confidentiality

Emergencies/ Danielle’s Law and other professionally based training deemed necessary by
