Opportunity: HR Generalist/Office Supervisor
Location: Portland, OR
Hours: Full-time
Wage: $40,312-$64,312/Annually-Depends on skills

This position is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level. Will carry out in the following functional areas: HR data management with analytics of Equity Pay, Employee Survey and other data as need, on-boarding, benefits administration, employment law compliance. In addition, has the responsibility for managing REACH’s administrative office operations. Candidate with have the ability to be organized, prioritize and easily adaptable to provide stellar customer service to a diverse community.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or 2 years equivalent experience.
• 2 years office administrative experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
