ABOUTTHE JOB

HR Employee Relations Specialist

Salary: Up to £35,000 (depending on experience)

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time HR Employee Relations Specialist within SharEd Services which is part of The City of Liverpool College Group.

The successful candidate will have the ability to build strong relationships and trust whilst showing empathy and commercial awareness. You will be required to provide complex advice and guidance in a fast pace environment on a varying range of ER related issue. The role will also support consultation in a unionised environment.

We expect the successful candidate to have, or be willing to work towards, a Level 5 CIPD qualification.

You must have the ability to show an understanding of, and commitment to College policies and procedures, particularly equality and diversity.
