Job Description

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Conduct data analyses, gather information from varied resources internally and externally, and facilitate project meetings/webinars.
• Monitor function mailboxes and manage responses.
• Research varied topics and make recommendations on subjects such as performance management, goal setting, and talent planning. Manage the coordination of activities of project teams, identify appropriate resources required, and update project plans and supporting materials.
• Prepare the development of project team materials including communications, meeting minutes, and agendas.
• Provide general support of HR related programs, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Draft, edit and/or proofread presentations, documents, reference guides and communications.
• Provide quality assurance/control support with data and documents.
• Manage distributions lists for communications.
• Pull data and analyze/distribute program reports.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
• Strong drive for results, highly motived and proactive.
• Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Able to effectively communicate complex ideas in a simple, straightforward manner across all employee levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
• Ability to effectively and independently prioritize tasks and responsibilities.
• Strives to understand client needs to provide purpose-driven solutions.
• Knowledge of HR data management and reporting systems (i.e. PeopleSoft or Cornerstone) preferred.
