Job Description

We are looking for a talented Human Resources Administrator to join our team specializing in fuel cell power systems technology for our New Power Business Unit in Mississauga, Ontario.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Administer and support all human resources activities for New Power Canada.
• Support all HRIS data entry for New Power Canada and provide back up support as needed for New Power US.
• Act as a resource to New Power Canada employees; this includes shop operations employees, engineers, or business leaders.
• Administer documentation pertaining to compensation, benefits, payroll, immigration, onboarding, etc.
• Administer human resources processes like promotions, recruitment, leaves, terminations, retirement, salary awards, vacation, leave and absence reporting, etc.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Knowledge of Human Resources process flows and the impact between different systems (i.e. HR, payroll, recruitment, time and attendance and performance management)
• Strong attention to detail and excellent time‐management.
• Ability to adapt well to an environment that is constantly evolving.
• Experience using HRIS systems.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
