Service Responsibilities

• • Provide guests personalized service

• • yle=”line-height: 12pt;”>Onsite through well-being consultations, recommended itinerary, assessments, etc. while being located in The American Club – Carriage House lobby.

• • Post-Visit through follow up with well-being guests within 30 days after visit to gain customer loyalty.

• • Responsible for making reservations for future or in-house guests for all services including well-being, dining, spa, golf, outdoor activities, airline reservation, and transportation.

• • Provide guests with daily hotel tours.

• i style=”line-height: 12pt;”>Partner with internal accounting regarding payment management for services and any associated fees with external providers

Information Responsibilities:

• • Maintain a working knowledge of all resort properties and onsite facilities including hours of operation, as well as daily activities and area attractions. Also have a detailed knowledge of the history of Kohler and the assigned hotel.

• • Maintain superior level of knowledge of well-being facilities including Sports Core, Yo
    ga on the Lake, Bold Cycle, Awakening in Woodlake Market, River Wildlife, and Kohler Waters Spa.

• • Maintain working knowledge of in room exercise equipment and knowledge of well-being minibar options and amenities specific to Carriage House.

• • Provide directions and maps, including walking trails, city map, or state maps. As well as, provide guest with weather or road conditions.

• • Provide suggestions and recommendations for future wellness events or activities.

• • Work with the Associate Director-Wellness and Sales Executive-Wellness in the planning, organizing and executing of wellness forums and events.an>

• • Collaborate and work with Destination Kohler -Wellness leadership teams

This is a Full Time position (working 40 hours a week). Set shifts include Wednesday through Friday, 12 pm- 4 pm and Saturday 8 am – 12 pm. Other shifts will vary.

Skills/Requirements

• • Minimum of a high school diploma is required.1-2 years of hospitality/lodging experience preferred. Motivational interviewing experience or training
    preferred.

• • Previous experience in wellness related field is required

• • Must be willing to work holidays, nights and weekends.

• • Demonstrated knowledge of local areas strongly preferred.

• • Demonstrated experience in the promotion of health and wellness consultation services preferred.

• • Able to stand for long periods of time and lift up
    to 25lbs.
