We’re looking for a Head of Creative to join Stand.

About you

  • You have significant experience in communications, whether in-house for a brand or within an agency – your experience is likely to be brand / B2C, but you like the idea of turning your hand to a wider range of topics, from finance to health, from renewables to education.
  • Creativity is your greatest strength – you thrive on creative problem-solving and bouncing ideas around with other team members.
  • You are fluent overseeing integrated creative campaigns across the full marketing and PR mix, thinking laterally about content ideas to reach our audience(s). You are comfortable crafting and leading a content strategy, delivered across both digital and traditional PR.
  • You love surfacing creative ideas for multi-channel content through facilitation and exploration. You enjoy collaborating, and you imbue and nurture creative thinking within a team, into client work and in new business pitches and proposals.
  • You’re a skilled copywriter who knows how to craft a compelling story with just a few words.
  • You have an eye for visuals, and experience working with designers to create attention-grabbing visuals.
  • You are adept at bringing insight and strategy to life, crafting compelling creative platforms and stand-out content that stems from them.
  • You are a compelling communicator with the skills to lead and inspire others; you are as comfortable mucking in with your teams as you are sitting in client boardrooms.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the passion to head up and build a growing content team in collaboration with our Digital Strategist, and you understand the digital space enough to maximise on this growing part of our offering.
  • You are motivated by the idea of growing Stand through creativity, both team and clients, and playing a key role in the growth, development and impact of Stand.
  • You have a flair for crafting stand out pitches and proposals, as well as using creativity and ideas to open doors and nurture leads.
  • You will showcase Stand’s creativity through your own profile, your own network, though industry-relevant platforms, awards, panels and events.
  • You get stuff done, working with the team to translate ideas into action.

The detail

  • Salary circa £65,000 p/a
  • A 4.5 day week to support your wellbeing and creativity
