  • Lead our GA4 migration – audit analytics usage and metrics, including objects, tags, and reporting elements, as well as recommend fixes or enhancements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of growth product management or digital marketing experience; particularly in a fast-paced startup / product-led growth environment
  • Ability to analyze data and translate web findings clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences, and recommend strategies for improvement
  • Experience with hypotheses-driven A/B testing, experiment design, and basic statistical analysis
  • Experience with Google Analytics, BI tools like Domo, basic understanding of HTML & CSS, web experimentation tools, and design collaboration tools like Figma.
  • Experience with content management systems like Contentful or WordPress
  • Knowledge of best practices for web UX design
  • Strong knowledge of Search engine optimization (SEO) programs and best practices
  • High energy and highly results-oriented with a track record of success in fast-paced, high-growth environments
  • Excellent communication, roadmap management, and presentation skills, demonstrated experience briefing senior leaders on outcomes & recommendations, and an interest in teaching others
  • Strong operational rigor, solid business acumen, and a Growth mindset

Why do we want you? Because you have

  • A self-starter attitude who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative organization
  • A passion for open source

Our team values diversity in background and experiences. We do our best work when we create space for different ideas and perspectives – whatever unique background you have, we look forward to getting to learn from each other.
