Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Triangle Care Group, which has enabled us to start looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Group Operations Coordinator.

As Group Operations Coordinator you will be required to work as part of a team to ensure the smooth running of day to day operations. Delivering the highest levels of customer service to customers. Managing a team whilst working towards achievable targets

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role / Operations Manager / Project Manager / Divisional Manager etc.
• Relevant sector experience preferred but not essential

Triangle Care is a high challenge turnaround service which aims to work with some of the most challenging, hard to engage and disruptive young people who display complex behaviours, both in the community and also in a residential setting.
We specialise in the following areas:
Young people aged 16 -21; leaving care, custody and those at risk of becoming involved in the criminal justice system, one to one support & mentoring, transformational behaviour & attitude and group work & outreach support programmes.
The main objective of Triangle Care is to prepare young people for fully independent living. This is achieved by providing both physical and emotional support, as well as the tools within these areas to aid their transition. Develop programmes that will assist and support the young person by challenging them to want to change and support their development in this change.
You will
• Manage general operations as well as being instrumental in transformation projects to develop and support a culture of continuous improvement, service development and transformation.
• Ensuring changes are tested and implemented, overseeing data collection as well as planning and monitoring of the projects.
• The post holder will ensure the integration of key Strategical, managerial and operational processes across the company.
• Ensure projects deliver results in line with the agreed objectives, in a way that reflects the groups values, principles and within the agreed timeframes.
• Assist on larger projects, working autonomously on smaller projects, providing Project Management delivery services to a range of different teams on a broad range of projects.
• Manage the coordination and delivery of projects ensuring consistency.
• Be the first point of call into the Operations department
• Take ownership of all issues and presenting solutions-based options to the Operations Manager
• To support life coaches and unit supervisors with guidance and motivation.
• Support on- call rota system
• Plan, implement and record unit audits within agreed timescales
• Overall responsibility for Health & Safety within the units reporting to the health and safety manager
• Group KPI reporting
• Budget control within the Operations department
• Manage, monitor and undertake supervisions ensuring 4 – 6 weekly timescales
• Receive morning reports from unit supervisors and ensure that the Group SMT are updated
• To ensure that appointments and activities are scheduled for the YP’s, and ensure the relevant parties are all aware of any arrangements in advance.
• Key Behavioural Indicator planning for all young people, and management action plans
• To monitor and document YP behaviour, and ensure this is managed in a manner to protect the YP, staff and the wider public.
• To assist the unit team by sourcing relevant education, training and activities
