The Team

We’re looking for a Global Head of TA Operations & Strategy to join our Global Talent Acquisition Strategy and Enablement team.  Our organization creates and delivers on initiatives that contribute to the success and delivery of the Talent Acquisition team’s strategy and vision.  The Global Talent Acquisition Strategy and Enablement team is comprised of 5 teams: Recruitment Coordination Operations, Diversity Strategy & Programs, Employment Brand & Talent Attraction, Global Sourcing & Market Intelligence and TA Operations & Strategy.

The Role

Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition Strategy and Enablement, you will have the opportunity to leverage your talents to design, innovate and deliver scalable, global Talent Acquisition processes, systems and tools across all geographies that balance candidate, recruiter and hiring manager experience, with hiring the best talent for the firm, while being compliant and adhering to legal requirements.

  • Drive and/or partner on the creation, revision, execution and management of TA policies and programs such as internal mobility, employee referral program, etc.
  • Maintain and develop our technology roadmap, including vendor selection and management, implementation, and system updates, maximizing the use and value of these tools.
  • Build the foundation for a data-driven organization by developing organizational KPIs, metrics, reporting and data analytics to track progress, drive decisions and determine success.
  • Execute and maintain strong controls in close partnership with internal functions and in accordance with company policies and regulatory changes.
  • Lead large transition and implementation projects from original concept through final implementation defining project scope and objectives, including change management to ensure initiatives are successful.

What it takes

  • 10+ years of TA Operations, Recruiting or Human Resources experience
  • 3+ years of experience in people-leadership creating and developing high performing, diverse, equitable, and inclusive teams along with successful communication, collaboration and relationship building across the business.
  • Strong project and program management skills and experience
  • Strong capabilities in strategy creation and execution, data analytics, with a mindset for innovation, impact, growth and wellbeing.
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent years of experience
