Full-Time General Manager
Job Description
We are looking for a talented General Manager to join our team specializing in General Management for our Distribution Business in San Leandro, CA.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
* Lead, mentor, and coach a team that is very fast paced
* Manage the operations and responsible for all functions and financial metrics with multiple lines of business
* Build relations in a Business to Business and Business to Consumer environment to grow the organizations

* Be inspired by the work ethic, values, and integrity of those that work in your branches
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
* Minimum 6 years experience required, including supervisory, product, customer, and budgetary experience.
* College, university or equivalent degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related subject required.
* Capability to build and develop relations with Customers and Employees.
* Able to focus on implementing and improving Service Delivery Team’s processes, initiatives, Key Performance Indicators to drive Transformation success.
* Field services makes up 65% of branches customer base driving capability of assuring DOT compliance.
* Six Sigma Green Belt certification or Sponsor certification preferred.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
