As an Executive Recruiter you will be responsible for:
– Generating new client business through your own lead generation methodologies
– Building and maintaining strong client and candidate relationships
– Using multiple techniques for sourcing high caliber talent in highly competitive markets
– Reviewing and understanding job requirements across specialized industries
– Screening candidates, conducting interviews and presenting candidates to clients
– Negotiating fee agreements and salaries
– Matching great people with great companies

What we look for in a candidate:
– Experience in B2B or direct sales, preferably service or solution selling, or previous experience in full desk recruiting with proven track record of success
– Creative thinking and problem solving skills
– High level of motivation and drive to be successful
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Excellent time management and prioritization skills
