Job Description
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are looking for a talented Fuel Cell Powertrain Customer Engineer to join our team specializing in Engineering for our New Power Business Unit in West Sacramento, California.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
• Exciting, fast-paced role leading Customer Engineering work within fuel cell programs
• Acting as the technical voice of customer to fuel cell development teams
• Preparing and supporting fuel cell electric vehicle integration documentation, tools, and expertise to internal system teams, to the Cummins application engineering community and directly to OEMs
• Supporting customer prospecting activities by generating customer-facing documents and providing technical product details to customers
• Working in a rapid product development team
REQUIRED SKILLS:
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
• Bachelor’s Degree is required in Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience is required
• Technical experience working with external customers
• Experience creating technical information to support customers
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
