Job Description

We are looking for a talented Facilities Engineer-Senior to join our team specializing in Facilities for our Engine Business Segment in Rocky Mount, NC.


In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

* Under minimal supervision, maintains and repairs plant equipment, buildings and grounds.

* Oversees the functioning of building systems including mechanical, outside grounds, roof and special projects

* Leads project management and oversees contractors for complex facilities construction/renovation projects

* Manage all project finance tasks such as: create purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders, reconcile invoices, oversee budgets, perform monthly roll-up and report results

* Participate in daily safety meetings with vendors and contractors

* Documents repairs and maintenance completed


To be successful in this role you will need the following:

* University or equivalent degree required

* Minimum of 5+ years of facilities management experience and related resources in a manufacturing environment

* Prior work experience in managing vendors, contractors, engineers, etc on construction/maintenance projects

* Solid Project Management experience that includes multi-year projects with financial responsibilities

* Strong verbal and written communication skills

* Intermediate MS Office skills


Compensation and Benefits


Base salary rate commensurate with experience.
