Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supports the President and VP of Sales in various sales & marketing initiatives
  • Responsible for sales commission program management, which includes:
    • Daily review and oversight of orders / commission accuracy
    • Analysis and reporting of errors to management for resolution
    • Monthly review and processing of commission for the sales team
  • Assists in developing and executing presentations within CRM, PowerPoint, and Excel for the President and VP of Sales
  • Coordinates meetings, conference calls, client visits, travel, and tradeshow considerations for the management team
  • Responsible for the management of incoming legal documents, which includes:
    • Maintenance of tracking grid documents through the system
    • Processing for signature of contracts, NDA’s, System Partner Agreements
  • Interacts with Legal/Contract Administration to ensure timely processing and response
  • Generates general weekly reports for sales management
  • Assists with quarterly forecasting processes and documentation for sales department
  • Manages, calculates, and processes Target Agreements
  • Assists Account Managers with lead generation
  • Manages lobby welcome slide displays, collateral, and prepares for customer visits
  • Monitors and replenishes inventory of office supplies and promotional items
  • Plans and coordinates company events
  • Manages visitors and organizes conference rooms, business materials, and meals as required
  • Administers Company surveys and consolidates results for management review; monitors employee satisfaction and assists with the development of strategies to improve
  • Travels to the United States as needed to support the President and VP of Sales


Required Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in sales, marketing, administration, or a related field is preferred
  • 2-5 years’ experience in a similar role supporting senior management, or an equivalent combination of experience and education
  • Sales experience and/or a solid understanding of the sales lifecycle is considered an asset
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills, ability to communicate with various levels within the organization in a clear and concise manner
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to act as a KUKA ambassador
  • Strong computer skills & experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Internet, E-mail, SharePoint, SAP, CRM)
  • Knowledge of German and French languages is considered an asset
  • Valid Driver’s license and Passport required
  • Requires the ability to occasionally work outside of regular business hours to accomplish time sensitive tasks to meet objectives. Flexible work arrangements are available to accommodate.
