Temporary Executive Personal Assistant

18IIGS18 – Posted by 18IIGS18 Anywhere

Job Description

Ikologiks Institute for Global Studies (established, April 1989)

The IIGS is a global research “think tank” with an activism focus for supporting a means to bring forth a “paradigm shift in global human consciousness” via establishing the qualitative means to reach our highest human transformation potential. As such, this non-profit NGO was originally established as a secular institution, however, with still honoring the rich and diverse philosophical perspectives of the world cultures and religions.

The organization does not solicit nor receive government funding, corporate or foundation grants nor does it seek to fit into the mainstream parameters that have been established globally for charitable organizations or non-profit (501.c.3) entities. The IIGS is not necessarily “anti-globalization” but it is “pro grass-roots/people power” in contrast to the current trajectory of modern-day globalization (NGO, IGO) in favor of the elites (political, economic, religious, social).

The current inceptor of the IIGS will be stepping down at the end of 2021 and passing the baton most likely to the personal selected for this position. Therefore, the selected candidate will be likely expected to inherit the legacy work of the inceptor either in a temporary transition or in a permanent appointment. As such, the first major task will be reconstituting the Board of Directors of the IIGS and established credentials.

The position that is being offered in this announcement is designed to seek-out  a creative and “out of the box” thinking individual. A person, who values the ability of human beings to transcend the sharp divisions among us globally by strengthening our pathways to inclusion, multiversity, restorative justice, and “PROSENSUS BUILDING” processes.

The applicant should not be hesitate to take charge and freely exercise their own “truths” while displaying a deep willingness to “listen” and serve others in mutually supportive and sharing avenues. The strongest candidate, however, should have a uncompromising record of accomplishments in social activism, social/political/economic theory as well as an undying spirit in seeking the upliftment of human potential beyond set dogmas, ideologies, or beliefs.

The specific age (no minors, without parental consent) of the applicant nor their academic degrees (educational attainments) obtained are being considered as barriers or exclusions for those applying for this position. In fact, those who are highly self-motivated, creative, and intelligent individuals are being strongly encouraged to apply regardless of race, gender identification, religious (non-religious) affiliation or ethnicity.
