We started in April 2018 and have closed $6M+ in fundraising with top-tier VCs. We grew 6x in the last year, we have onboarded 60+ executive assistants, and we’re now looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant Team Lead to join our growing team.

About the Role

As an Executive Assistant Team Lead at Double, you will support a team of highly-skilled Executive Assistants in their day-to-day work with executives. You will be an EA’s first resource for guidance, best practices, problem-solving, and feedback during their collaboration with Double. We’re looking for an experienced leader and coach to oversee the onboarding and development of your team while also strengthening and engaging our dynamic Executive Assistant community.
This is a full-time position reporting to the Operations Manager and is fully remote. Applicants must reside in the U.S.

What you will do

    • Lead a team of remote Executive Assistant contractors with varying levels of experience
    • Provide daily support for questions and concerns from your EA team
    • Establish and maintain a regular 1:1 check-in cadence with Executive Assistants
    • Oversee and manage an Executive Assistant’s onboarding process
    • Ensures Executive Assistants are achieving desired results by providing consistently positive client experiences
    • Manage administrative responsibilities for the EA team including time tracking and hours compliance
    • Participate in the building and strengthening of the EA team through active communication, community participation, and meaningful recognition
    • Design and implement a communication strategy to keep the EA team well-connected to HQ initiatives
    • Monitor Executive Assistant results and share executive feedback as necessary
    • Learn and maintain a deep expertise of Double and the Double app to provide ongoing value and support to our Executive Assistants
    • Work closely with the entire Double team to provide feedback on tools and processes

Who you are

    • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent work experience
    • You have 3+ years of experience in Executive Assistance, supporting a variety of executives and teams
    • You have 1+ years of experience managing and coaching other Executive Assistants (at an agency or inside large companies with teams of EAs)
    • You are passionate about helping executives and assistants perform at their best
    • You appreciate the challenges related to supporting a growing team of diverse personalities and programs
    • You’re a problem-solver, adept at both proactive and reactive troubleshooting and resolution
    • You are fully proficient with Google Apps, the Microsoft Office Suite and other modern productivity and communication tools
    • You have impeccable time-management and communication skills in English (written and spoken)
    • You thrive in dynamic environments and focus on continuous improvement
