About the role

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Chief Executive Officer and the broader management team. This role involves mission-critical work – complex schedule management, travel coordination, relentless organization, and additional logistical activities. You will continuously learn through exposure as challenges and opportunities arise. We are looking for someone with an ownership mentality, superb communication skills, and an action-oriented mindset. Depending on the need or request, your time will be spent in our office or remotely. This is an opportunity to contribute to a high-growth startup in a meaningful and impactful way.

Your Objectives

  • Manage dynamic calendars, prioritize conflicting requests & needs, handle matters proactively, swiftly, and to completion
  • Plan and arrange complex travel, meals, events, and itineraries with a proactive understanding if any pre or post activity requirements need addressing
  • Compose, prepare, and edit internal communications
  • Track and report on all processes (e.g., expense reimbursements) and provide operations support for organization-wide initiatives
  • Seek out opportunities to broaden the impact of our executive team by streamlining time commitments and protecting time accordingly
  • Analyze and seek to understand the Covera team and field requests as needed
  • Assist on specialized ad hoc projects and research

Your Profile

  • 3+ years of experience in fast-paced, self-directed environments providing support to leadership or executives
  • Excellent organizational skills with a history of managing schedules and processes at scale
  • Demonstrated project and self-management capabilities (attention to detail, bias to action/urgency, appreciation for stakeholders, proactive logistics, etc.)
  • Resourceful and possess a passion for creative problem solving
  • High level of integrity and discretion handling sensitive & confidential information
