| Esthetician, Kohler Waters Spa Work Mode: Onsite Location: Kohler, WI Opportunity Our Kohler Waters Spa team at The American Club Resort offers more than 50 innovative spa services using the healing properties of Earth’s mineral-rich waters and is one of only 64 five-star spas worldwide. Join our world-class team of spa professionals and help our guests renew and recharge while they experience five-star living at its finest. Specific responsibilities include: - To provide the highest level of customer service set forth by the Kohler Waters Spas and Forbes
- Meeting and greeting guests with professionalism
- Cleanliness standards of all areas within the spa including treatment rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas
- Upholding and maintain set uniform and grooming standards
- Knowledge of spa services and amenities; including but no limited to Facials, Body Treatments, Waxing, Bridal Makeup
- Knowledge of emergency procedures
- Providing the highest level of technical service and adherence to SOP’s
- Meeting agreed upon retail sales goals by educating guests on at home care
- Maintain continuing education criteria based on State of Wisconsin requirements
- Adhering to policies put in place by Forbes, Kohler Waters Spa and Kohler Co.
This is a part time position, working weekdays and weekends. Shifts will vary between 8:00am and 9:00pm. Skills/Requirements - Current and valid State Esthetics license required
- Prior experience in a spa environment preferred
- Experience in Dermaplaning, Microdermabrasion and HydraFacial is a plus
