Job Description

At TrueMotion, we’re making driving safer and insurance smarter. We offer auto insurers a mobile telematics platform that enables next-generation digital programs. TrueMotion is looking for an experienced, data-driven, and humble manager who wants to make an impact at a growing startup, and help save lives on the road. • Represent a concept, the business area, and the company both in internal and external meetings
  • Provide required assistance and troubleshoot production. As needed, potentially subject to on call responsibilities
  • Follow Companies development and operational standards and processes

  • A natural penchant for (and demonstrated success in) mentoring and supporting peers and engineering teams
  • Scrappy, “impact-focused” attitude
  • Strong understanding and appreciation for the agile process and methodology
  • Expertise in finding, defining and facilitating the creation and sharing of both low level and high level architecture
  • Extensive knowledge of mobile engineering, both from a software and a tooling perspective
  • Experience leading company-encompassing technical projects
  • A strong foundation in algorithms, data structures, and their real-world use cases
  • A passion for using data to make our streets and highways safer
Compensation:
  • Competitive salary
  • Stock option
  • Medicover
Additional Perks:
  • Feel great working in an office with a fantastic view over the castle district’s architectural highlights (like the Fishermen’s Bastion and Matthias Church)
  • Enjoy a midday break by joining the TMo lunch group daily at one of the restaurants down the street
  • Get to really know your co-workers over team breakfasts or over drinks and snacks on Thursday
  • Let the company’s atmosphere and the smart Hungarian & Boston colleagues inspire you day-by-day
