The role: The Director, Integrations will be responsible for ensuring integrations with payment gateways, 3rd party data sources, and customer infrastructure is efficiently designed, organized, planned and executed.  This is a strategic role that requires strong partnerships with many functions across the company. This individual will present findings, roadmaps and strategy sessions with senior leadership. This person will require knowledge of the online payment industry, emerging trends and compliance requirements.

 

What you will do:

  • Develop and execute the strategic and tactical roadmap for the overall integrations activity at the company. Establish the overall payments strategy across all product lines and work closely with internal stakeholders and payment partners to design, deploy and maintain payment solutions.
  • Work closely with customers and third parties to complete integration with their internal sales & catering, property management, and reservations systems.
  • Provide direction and guidance to development teams, leaders and customers on integration with their systems.
  • Effectively resolve problems and roadblocks, while consistently following through on issue resolutions.
  • Administer appropriate pressure and influence on customers and third parties to ensure integration timelines are achieved.
  • Validate and prioritize requirements including defining benefits and impacts of releases across the organization and clients.
  • Partner with sales, development and internal stakeholders to achieve all integrations objectives and ensure requirements are interpreted correctly in detailed design specifications.
  • Conduct market analysis of payments approaches and options, identify the best practices, and educate internal leaders.
  • Analyze performance and usability metrics on payment integrations and recommend improvements.

 

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, for equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years’ experience in successfully implementing payment technology; experience within hospitality environment is a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Experience with online payment processers (e.g., stripe, Elavon, FreedomPay, etc.) preferred.
  • Experience with hospitality systems (Amadeus, Oracle, Sabre, Agilysys, etc.) preferred.

 

Additional eligibility qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written and group communication and presentation skills; ability to utilize communication skills to effectively influence across functions and business units as well as across different leadership levels.
  • Excellent organizational & analytical skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven and execution-oriented personality, ready to take ownership and get results.
  • Strong empathy for customers and a passion for revenue and growth.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint.
  • Other qualifications as required.

 

Core Business Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. M-F; these hours may vary depending upon your position and work requirements.

Status: Full-time, Exempt

Location: Brentwood, TN
