Full-Time Director, Partner Pre-Sales – Remote

Job Description

The Director, Partner Pre-Sales – North America is an individual contributor position. This role will be responsible to drive the enablement and execution for GTM partnerships with Icertis partners. Working in collaboration with Product Management and Sales, the Director, Partner Pre-Sales will be responsible to define joint offerings with partners, enable partner field teams for selling Icertis products and execute joint business development efforts with partners. This professional will be passionate about a cloud/SaaS business model driven by a vibrant partner ecosystem and has very strong relationship management skills. This position will work remotely within the US.

What you will do:

  • Develop partner relationships, joint offerings and GTM motions.
  • Collaborate deeply with product management, field presales and sales teams to make partners successful.
  • Train the partner teams on product demonstrations, solution workshops, due diligence studies.
  • Support partner teams in their sales motions.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives in partner ecosystem development and drive business growth for Icertis.

What you will bring:

  • A minimum of 14+ years of related industry experience with at least 5 years in partner enablement roles.
  • Bachelors + Master’s degree in related field.
  • Deep experience in enterprise applications business, putting together teams and enabling GTM motions.
  • Ability to engage with diverse audiences from business users to CXOs.
  • Quick learner, ability to multi-task and work under pressure and work with geographically distributed teams.
  • Proficient in presentations, written and verbal communication.
  • Any domain or IT experience in procurement, sourcing or sales contracting will be an advantage.
