Full-Time Director of Marketing, Demand Generation

We are a fast growing company committed to helping digital course creators scale their business to and through $1m inside our popular multi-year online group coaching program, Scale With Success®.

We are passionate about serving digital course creators and our program includes the content, coaching, and community required to create the high level of impact they crave within their online communities around the world.

In order to reach our goal of helping hundreds more digital course creators cross the $1m mark over the next two years, we are looking to hire a Director of Marketing – Demand Generation to ensure our incredible Sales Team has a calendar filled to the brim with qualified prospects who are interested in learning more about how we can support their goals by enrolling in Scale with Success®.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive marketing plan to increase existing ad spend for PPC campaigns past $100k/mo while exceeding ROAS targets.
  • Closely monitor conversion rates and optimize campaigns at each stage of the automated marketing funnel: ad/organic content → lead magnet → application → book call → attend call → enroll to ensure the sales team has a calendar filled with SQLs
  • Partner with SDRs to ensure quality lead delivery and proper follow-up according to established SLAs. Build a consistent feedback loop and continuously improve and optimize lead hand-off processes in conjunction with the Marketing Operations team.
  • Communicate internally to the Executive Leadership Team on progress and results, and support project management to execute strategy.
  • Plan and execute end-to-end demand generation projects, which include, but are not limited to optimizing lead magnets, emails, PPC campaigns, content (social media, blog, podcast)
  • Lead the Paid Traffic and Content Marketing teams to develop and execute innovative, multi-channel campaigns to drive MQLs and sales pipeline
  • Communicate progress and results to internal teams.
  • Own campaign strategy and implementation plans with execution support from web, design, paid traffic, copy and social media marketing team members.
  • Identify and prioritize roles needed inside Marketing department and work with HR to create job descriptions and applications that will attract top talent

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading demand generation and exceeding KPIs for a company that sells a high value SaaS, online program, or service
  • Demonstrated ability as an expert in creating and optimizing every part of the marketing and sales funnel including profitable PPC ad campaign management, high converting landing pages, compelling lead magnets, strong follow up via text and email campaigns and more
  • Lead teams responsible for spending $100k per month on PPC campaigns while meeting ROAs targets to increase lead flow and generate demand for sales appointments
  • Tactical, hands-on experience with lead forecasting, reporting, and analysis
  • Experience developing compelling messaging and voice across all digital channels
  • Experience partnering with SDRs and sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and deliver offers and campaigns that resonate deeply with clients along the buyer’s journey
  • Must be a self-starter who excels at multitasking and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines
