Ball State University’s Athletics welcomes applications for a Director of Basketball Operations for Men. This position will direct all administrative phases of the men’s basketball program.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution by date of appointment. At least one year of coaching, playing and/or administrative experience in a basketball program. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a working knowledge of basketball; possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and be insurable under the university’s auto fleet policy.

 

Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.

 

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in sports administration from an accredited institution. At least three years of experience in a related field.
