What We’ll Bring:

Director, Marketing Compliance will provide general legal and regulatory compliance support, with a focus on ensuring credit and identity product marketing compliance with U.S. federal regulations and requirements.

What You’ll Bring:

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•    Director, Marketing Compliance will provide general legal and regulatory compliance support, with a focus on ensuring credit and identity product marketing compliance with U.S. federal regulations and requirements.
•    Provide direction and support to the U.S. consumer marketing team on the development of compliant regulatory marketing processes and materials;
•    Support the development and maintenance of systems and relevant regulatory compliance infrastructure to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and requirements.
•    Engage with Legal, Compliance, and other cross-functional partners to aid in the planning and development of compliant marketing strategies, policies, and processes;
•    Participate in review of proposed marketing materials and advertisements, to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
•    Support all applicable U.S. regulatory compliance reporting.
•    Maintain awareness and understanding of existing and evolving laws and regulations relevant to marketing and advertising credit and identity products;

Impact You’ll Make:

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5-10 years of progressively increasing responsibilities and relevant experience in advertising and marketing compliance.
  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizes accordingly with effective time management skills as well as sound judgment, problem solving, sense of urgency and follow through.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and deal effectively with a variety of personnel.
  • Excellent written and presentation skills for effective communication to various management and stakeholder groups.
  • Experience exercising judgment and discretion in the management of confidential, sensitive, or privileged information.
  • Strong commitment to maintaining ethical standards, integrity, authenticity, credibility and character.
