What You’ll Bring:

  • 8-10 years’ experience
  • A self-starter who can achieve results in an intense, fast-paced, virtual team environment; handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and creatively when designing and implementing outcomes-based solutions and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, able to be concise, use data to tell a story and listen intently to find the real question.
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills within and across teams.
  • Knowledge and experience of the AdTech and MarTech industries, vendors, and technologies.
  • Technical background and experience with data technologies such as SQL, Cloud DB Providers, Python, etc.
  • Leadership background with experience leading a large, cross-functional organization of 20+ associates.
  • The ability to problem solve and identify large-scale inefficiencies.
  • Experience in translating technical requirements and concepts into business and product objectives for internal and external audiences.
  • Outstanding Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization skills
  • Proven analytical skills to review quantitative data to identify trends, interpret findings, draft insights, and formulate recommendations
  • Experience making trade-offs to deliver effective solutions to business partners in a timely fashion

Impact You’ll Make:

  • Lead a cross-functional organization of various technical disciplines, spanning across data integration, data ingestion, data validation, data workflows, and overall implementation architecture.
  • You will work cross-functionally to ensure data onboarding requirements are standardized and communicated across teams, developing best practices to streamline solution delivery.
  • Lead combined Data Onboarding team consisting of Ad Ops, Onboarding, Partner SAs / Integration Specialists and Data Strategy teams.
  • Design and implement delivery process improvements across UI, MTA, MMM, and Unified product solutions.
  • Design and implement data ingestion and validation improvements across UI, MTA, MMM, and Unified product solutions.
  • Develop internal measurements to drive internal efficiencies across delivery and data processing.
  • Design and develop internal best practices to help drive higher client satisfaction and retention rates.
  • Design and develop onboarding and training curriculum to grow talent and maintain a high level of employee retention and engagement.
  • Provide ongoing feedback and evaluation of product feature enhancements, product migration plans, and product rollouts.
  • Work with stakeholders to determine business needs and objectives, and then the Marketing Effectiveness team to design, develop and complete analytical processes/solutions, in order to address stakeholders’ objectives.
  • Develop both standardized and innovative mechanisms to encourage adoption of analytics among stakeholder groups across the marketing spectrum, from planning to execution.
