The agency approach is data-driven creativity; we fuse insight with editorial excellence. The role of Digital & Social Analyst is therefore a critical one. The insight you provide, using search and social listening and other research platforms, as well as the unique audience research and data points we have within the wider Hearst business will help inform the content and channel strategies we develop for our clients and potential clients.

 

ABOUT THE ROLE

You will be instrumental in delivering research projects that support the marketing effort. You will be a channel expert, who is curious to understand which platforms and formats are working across the digital eco system; where we should innovate and focus our efforts within the agency to drive measurable results.

 

ABOUT YOU   

·       Social and/or digital marketing experience desirable

·       Content experience desirable

·       Knowledge and experience of using industry analysis tools desirable/essential (e.g. Brandwatch, GA, GWI, Fanpage Karma, Hootsuite, Hubspot, Google Trends, Semrush)

·       Curious to understand latest brand, design, advertising and digital techniques

·       Analytical

·       Thorough

·       Strategic thinker

·       Collaborative

·       Curious

·       Knowledge sharer

·       Strong writing skills

·       Comfortable using Powerpoint and presentation packages
