With our acquisition of Red Tricycle in March 2020, the Tinybeans family of brands now offers our brand partners a community of deeply engaged, everyday users on two of the most brand-safe platforms in the world, delivering a combined monthly reach of 25 million pre-natal to pre-teen parents.

How You Can Make an Impact:

  • Create and approve all media plans to ensure inventory, budget, and CPM requirements are met
  • Participate in brainstorms to ensure concepts/ ideas align with media plan budgets
  • Lead client kick-off calls to set campaign expectations and solidify self as post-sale point of contact
  • Manage campaign post-sale including client kick-off calls, expectations, deadlines, and overall campaign management
  • Liaise with design, tech, and product to project manage custom elements of campaigns
  • Collaborate with AdOps and product teams on campaign elements and deliverability
  • Create the wrap decks for campaigns providing insights and recommendations in a way that will assist in a repeat buy
  • Create compelling case studies to share with potential partners
  • Sign partnership contracts to ensure sold inventory is deliverable
  • Manage the Partnership Marketing Coordinator and ensure their success

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Have a BA/BS in marketing, business, or related field
  • Have 3-5 years of experience in media planning or campaign management
  • Articulate storyteller with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and prioritize critical issues
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, v-lookups), PPT, SalesForce

  • Have client-facing experience
  • Have strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills
  • Have worked in a startup environment and understand the efficiency of a lean team
  • Are familiar with the CPG and parenting industry
