Full-Time Digital E-Commerce Marketing Manager

Graphik Dimensions Ltd. – Posted by Graphik Dimensions Ltd. High Point, North Carolina, United States

Job Description

ISO E-Commerce Digital Marketing soulmate…

About YOU

  • Beloved by your Teammates, you are an extraordinary individual, who is humble, gracious, fun loving, inspired, and powerfully able to manifest that which you set your sights on
  • Energized by the unknown, you lead with curiosity, relentlessly surf for potential, relish uncharted territory, and flow like water around stones
  • Creative *and* analytical, you possess a magical right brain/left brain balance that unleashes and elevates team, project, process and, ultimately partnership across the greater community of customers
  • Naturally authentic, you know the difference between marketing gloss and that which will unforgettably stir the soul…and you know that can happen in the sparest of moments
  • However long it took you to become extraordinary is just fine – we won’t dictate how many years of experience you should have under your belt
  • You are available to be new and embrace a truly unique culture, in service of stepping into the spectacular now – which might even include unlearning or releasing on past successes (Read: some e-commerce best practices are so 6 months ago, while others might have worked well somewhere else but don’t serve our unique, uber-custom offering)
  • Enthusiasm for and experience cultivating teams lights you up
  • A proactive communicator, from skills-based and tactical to leadership and mentorship
  • Friends and colleagues marvel at your adaptability – you thrive in a highly collaborative, fast-paced landscape, see change as a constant learning opportunity
  • You have a delightfully relentless drive for impact, brand advocacy and results – you are wired for success and seek an organization that wants to catapult you into your greatness and next professional ambitions

WE are unlike anyplace you have ever worked…

  • Where legacy meets start-up: we are a suite of brands devoted to custom printing, art, framing and upcycling that began 55 years ago – yet we innovate and ideate with the joyous energy of a new business
  • As a zero landfill manufacturer, we steward the Earth, ensuring nothing from customers’ orders ever goes to a landfill
  • Inclusive and diversity-proud, we work to ensure that ALL feel welcome – across nationalities, faiths, gender identity, race, etc.
  • With a history as a majority women-owned business, we ensure gender equality at leadership levels, and throughout the organization
  • C4 values-driven (Consciousness, Community, Collaboration & Creativity), we’re living the question: what is the vast potential of corporate culture to be an uplifting force in the world?
  • An award-winning organization, we’ve received acknowledgements for everything from being a Best Place to Work, to a Fast Growth organization, Most Admired CEO, NC Manufacturer of the Year, Green awards, and more – including our latest: Newsweek’s Best Online Shops of 2021
  • Your ideas and input matter: this is not only THE place to flex your mentorship, leadership skills and wisdom, uplifting Team Members who similarly crave growth, but an open space that makes room for new possibilities and potentially epic wins with the communities we serve.
  • We’re all about growth-mindset: you’ve heard it before – there are no mistakes, only learning opportunities… but that’s actually true, here, a forgiving environment dedicated to your development and unique magic
  • Work-from-Home transitions into Working-Together, on the other side of this pandemic – in the meantime, collaborate via MS Teams, while we exceed all COVID-safe minimums
  • Average employee tenure is 6 years — a testament to a level of employee happiness that makes Team Members want to remain part of this work-family for a long time
  • We have an incredible audience of customers & clients – no, really – they’re Artists, Photographers, Grandmas, Galleries, Fortune 500’s and everyone, in-between, with a creative glint in their eye, or a wall to adorn – and both B2C and B2B

So, we need YOUR help to make sure all of these truths are more easily discoverable by those who would truly wish to know us.

Here are some of the meat and potatoes (or yam and adzuki beans for our vegetarian prospects) of what you’ll be doing…

  • Be the Architect of Your Own Success, as we are growing and enhancing both our DTC and B2B brands with our state-of-the-art website and soon-to-relaunch
  • Drive short term as well as long-term profitable growth via evaluation, prioritization, development, management, implementation, and testing e-commerce initiatives across all channels
  • Stakehold and lead the cross-functional e-commerce operations squad
  • Turn data into innovation and new success levers via evaluating KPI’s & historical analysis, owning and evolving dashboard enhancements
  • Proactively evoke excellence, negotiate with and manage vendor partners
  • Optimize the learning & accountability to results continuum across team
  • Stakehold & manage the successful UX of our websites by collaborating across Design, Marketing, Customer Care and IT teams to optimize site navigation, content, checkout funnel, promotional campaigns, et al, to increase loyalty, conversion, revenue, profitability, traffic, new customer acquisition… you know the drill
  • Play a vital role in brand strategy, including emerging new websites
  • Partner in development and implementation of merchandising programs
  • Co-source and oversee the effective planning, QA, and implementation of cross-channel content to ensure efficiency, brand congruence, accuracy, and timeliness of all content publishing
  • Uplift, direct, and/or roll-up sleeves, as needed, for email marketing, SEM, SEO, SMM, content marketing, et al.
  • Continually surf for and share emerging best practices within the broad field of e-commerce, including usability, design, AR/AI, new channels for engagement, et al., including championing new strategies, tracking competitors’ efforts, and adjusting accordingly to maintain our leadership role in the market
  • This position is an active, collaborative partner with Finance, Customer Care, IT and B2B teams

Sounds like quite a bit but, obviously, we do have a team to help… as well as legacy team members supportive & knowledgeable Executive Stakeholders, intermittent Advisory, Consulting and otherwise patron saints of marketing!

  • Experience with Magento platform
  • Deep understanding of, and experience with, project management best practices
  • Detail orientation with a high degree of organization and superior time management skills along with an ability to see the “big picture”
