Full-Time Development Associate

Job Description

You’re a detail-oriented person who enjoys behind-the-scenes donor management. You enjoy working within and supporting a team and have experience maintaining data in Salesforce or similar platforms. You’re passionate about recovery from substance use disorder and believe in the power of community. You’ve seen the challenges that stigma creates and want to help us fight them. This position will focus on Salesforce data entry and management, utilization of various fundraising platforms, and development-related administrative duties. The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with a passion for organizing data accurately and comprehensively across multiple systems. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enter donations in Salesforce and ensure data integrity
  • Collect data monthly from leadership and input into Salesforce
  • Provide administrative support to development team
  • Create and manage opportunities for individual donations
  • Send donor acknowledgements as needed and respond to email requests
  • Work with Operations Team to optimize Salesforce dashboards, reports, processes, and integrations
  • Collaborate with Salesforce Administrator to troubleshoot Salesforce errors
  • Manage Funraise platform, including Salesforce integration, intelligence reports, peer-to-peer campaigns and pages, donor incentive structures, and communications with fulfillment organizations
  • Manage iWave and Eventbrite
  • Complete other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent administrative skills
  • Significant experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to relate to people from all walks of life
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, humility, and integrity

PREFERENCES

  • Lived experience as a peer in recovery
  • Background in development or interest in pursuing a career in development
  • Experience coordinating fundraisers or other events
