We are open to hiring remote if we find the right talent in any of these states (AL, AK, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KS, LA, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, NM, OR, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT).

Supports the Enterprise Sales team which is responsible for selling fiber based point to point and internet solutions to businesses. This includes providing documentation, status, and deployment updates. Acts as liaison between customer and sales representatives depending on project. Scope may expand to support other product(s) in the future.
Oversees multiple fiber optic deployments, equipment/vendor selections, and purchases. Maintains accurate reports regarding the status of each fiber deployment, including site surveys.
Maintains a high level of internal and external customer satisfaction, including working with the Enterprise Sales Team, Engineering teams, Local Offices, Business NOC, Business Operations Teams and the external customers of Enterprise services.
Collaborates and coordinates with the Engineering Department’s support organizations including maintenance scheduling.
Communicates updates via e-mail and phone regarding order and completion status including routine and non-routine maintenance information to customers. Works directly with customers to resolve service issues during and after the sales process as needed.
Ensures all deployments, initiatives and processes are in conformance with established policies and objectives.
This position has the expectation and responsibility to take on other duties needed to help drive our Purpose, fulfill our Brand Principles, and abide by our Organization’s Values.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Previous experience within cable industry, specifically in the areas of fiber deployment, configuration and project management preferred.
Intermediate skill in essential software applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Visio required.
Understanding of ROI and RFP.
High level of accountability and detail-orientation required.
Requires thorough working knowledge of WAN/LAN topology and supporting products required in the context of either MSO or Telco segment.
Proven experience in collaborating with other support organizations to provide complete customer resolution required.
Good troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service skills.
This position will require up to 5% travel.
Proven experience in developing support infrastructures for new services preferred.
Proven experience in coordinating multiple deployments over large fiber networks, with a proactive approach to process improvement is preferred.
Knowledgeable in preferred.
