Full-Time Demand Generation Specialist

If you’re fired up about the future of agriculture and about building new categories for new markets, we want to meet you! This role will report to the Chief Marketing Officer.

As part of this role, you will:

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns to target accounts
  • Track and optimize lead generation and lead nurturing programs
  • Manage social media strategy and content
  • Draft and publish content (blog posts, industry guest posts, press releases, case studies)
  • Conduct market research to better identify and understand competitors
  • Track, report, and analyze program performance and make recommendations for further improvement
  • Manage in-person and virtual event calendar and manage the pre-show, at-show, and post-show activities
  • Manage and improve our SEO and SEM
  • Manage and optimize website performance and conversion opportunities
  • Collaborate with colleagues to own the development and distribution of compelling sales collateral and product marketing materials

Your experience:

  • 2+ years marketing experience, preferably at a VC-backed tech startup
  • Experience with Salesforce, Mailchimp, and Zapier
  • Demonstrated success running and reporting on marketing programs
  • Analytical with a focus on using data to drive decision making
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Understand lead generation metrics including CTR, impressions, conversions, etc. related to digital marketing campaigns
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; flexibility to handle multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and responsiveness
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
