Full-Time Demand Generation Manager

Job Description



We are looking for an ambitious and metrics-driven Demand Generation Manager to lead our demand generation strategy, fuel our pipeline growth and support our growing BDR and Sales team. You will be an expert in creating campaigns and programs focused on security professionals in large and mid-size enterprise organizations. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will plan, implement, and measure multi-channel demand generation programs to increase pipeline generation and accelerate inbound revenue. You will also oversee the BDR team (both internal FTEs and outsourced resources) and help support the hiring of new members on this team.

Location: Remote within the US.


Responsibilities include:

  • Create and manage campaign design and strategy aligned to topics of interest to security practitioners such as recent attack vectors, ransomware/malware, phishing/BEC, SOC automation/orchestration, etc.
  • Execute programs that drive MQLs and opportunities for our BDR and Inside Sales teams using a variety of channels, including email, content syndication, social, events (virtual and in person), webinars, web, content
  • Develop a deep understanding of the threat intelligence market and buyer personas
  • Create and manage marketing programs and customer journeys that are designed for prospects within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
  • Execute Account Based Marketing (ABM) activities targeted at key vertical segments
  • Drive Customer and Partner Marketing programs to drive expansion pipeline
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to develop marketing plans and report results


Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

  • 4+ years of marketing experience (enterprise B2B cybersecurity, ITOps, cloud computing, DevSecOps products preferred)
  • Start-up experience (preferred)
  • Previous experience with or SalesLoft
  • A data driven mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding KPIs
  • Experience with a Marketing Automation Tool (Marketo preferred)
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred)
  • Highly proficient at marketing strategy development, including data-driven opportunity assessment, scoring, and prioritization
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to clearly convey ideas and data in written, presentation, and spoken formats to a variety of audiences
