Job Description
Citi is seeking an infrastructure service deliverymanager who can successfully contribute to the Service Delivery Management process. The role requires the ability to present analysis to our internal clients, record actions and then partner with other departments to coordinate the execution of the actions and track associated reductions
The role is key in driving the technology mandates across the Global Functions Technology working closely with Citi Technology Infrastructure staff, GFT app teams, GFT support and architects to deliver the technology mandates
Responsibilities:
- Drive Technology strategy across the globe with CTI and GFT; Address workstream-level risks, issues and concerns, interacting as necessary with GFT IT Strategy PMs, Application Development teams, Service Delivery Managers, Portfolio Architects, CTI IT Strategy and HW teams and other key stakeholders
- Manage Data Centre Spend, identify opportunities for savings and reductions; Meet with Finance to review MYF and year spends
- Conduct portfolio reviews with client, reviewing their portfolio of work, delivering key messages, identifying and resolving issues, providing transparency on CTI charges
- Work closely with GFT Production Assurance Leads.
- Assist Global Corporate functions technology partners and clients to navigate CTI products and servers – how to turn things on as well as turn them off.
- Budget and Allocation management and planning how CTI costs are allocated out.
- Understand and explain to clients how their consumption of CTI products and services result in monthly charges.
- Communicate key messages, issues and upcoming events across the portfolio
- Communicate key Desktop Functionality messages, issues and upcoming events across the Global Functions Business lines.
- Provide the necessary assistance to make “things” happen
- Understand the drivers that help our clients achieve their business goals
- Assist our technology partners and clients with achievement of their strategic objectives
- Interface with senior management to drive action from the top down
- Address escalations raised by the client and remain accountable for CTI deliverables
- Provide cross- regional client co-ordination and strive for global consistency
Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience workingin a Technology Service Delivery
- 2+ years Project management experience
- 2+ years of Experience in a Financial Services or large complex and/or global environment
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audience
- Ability to develop projects required for design of metrics, analytical tools, benchmarking and best practices
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Effective analytic/diagnostic skills
- Ability to partner with virtual and in-person teams, define goals to a team, and work under pressure or to a deadline
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree
