SUMMARY

Responsible for supporting the implementation, support, and integration between Optimal Blue and our client’s systems. Develops processes to convert data and prepares data for conversion through data mapping, modeling, and cleaning.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assists users in consuming the APIs for their specific use cases as well as creative problem-solving and troubleshooting workflow issues and technical issues that arise
Consultative implementation of the Optimal Blue API for integrations with various Loan Origination Systems (LOS).
Supports customers utilizing the integrations after the LOS goes live into production
Analyzes data requirements, application and processing architectures, data dictionaries, and database and XML schema(s)
Develop and delivers innovative business solutions to internal and external clients
Defines XML Schema and other data requirements to successfully exchange business process document data into our systems
Transfers business documents to data requirements
Troubleshoot issues and recommend solutions
Provides test planning and test case guidance to Quality Assurance to confirm the outcomes of the requirement changes meet the expectations of the business partners and clients
Implement and perform Unit Testing on Data Mapping Logic to ensure it meets business needs
Researches business strategies and provides recommendations on best practices and changes in technology
Provides training to business partners and clients on changes to the technology
Serves as an integral participant in the data governance process and resulting design and documentation as needed for new technology
Contribute to significant client-facing reports, presentations, and other deliverables
Performs other related duties as assigned

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
Requires 0 – 3+ years of data integration or related experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Project management experience for technological/feature roll outs
Experience debugging and supporting integrated software applications using WebAPIs
Experience using API troubleshooting tools (ie. Postman)
Experience working with both technical (developers) and nontechnical customers explaining and supporting the implementation and troubleshooting process
Working knowledge in XML
Experience in data integration projects
Understand the integrity of data, including data extraction manipulation, analysis, reporting, and mapping
Familiar with data standards/procedures and data governance
Mortgage Industry experience
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal skills

Although target pay range may vary by work location, a representative pay range is $54,080 – $72,000. Eligible to participate in medical, dental and vision insurance, life insurance and disability insurance, 401(k) plan and employee stock purchase plan. Eligible to participate in the discretionary annual performance bonus.
