Job Description

The Data Analysis and Performance Manager will:

• Develop and maintain measurement instruments and processes, data reports, database tools, and
dashboards to monitor and track DEI data solutions that will provide transparency and areas of
opportunity for DEI efforts.

• Support the development and refinement of performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of
activities supporting the agency’s DEI Strategic Plan; Identify, analyze, and interpret data trends or
patterns in complex sets of data.

• Create and present quantitative data to illustrate the status and effectiveness of DEI projects and
priorities. Generate data visualizations and reports to present to a wide range of audiences.

• Liaise with internal and external partners to maintain and enhance ongoing reports.

• Serve as the central point of contact for all DEI data requests; Coordinate data analytic requests and
aid in report design; Lead and assist with ad hoc or special projects, as needed, and as assigned.

• Develop familiarity with, and regularly draw data from, internal and external data resources, in support
of DEI efforts.
